  You can do a factory reset using itunes, can't remember which option but if you flash it with the latest firmware it will wipe it completely. Don't forget to back up any music that you have no there first.

  Thanks...ok wont bother changing, it was my lads, so don't mind his name on it...I thought it would be less involved.
