TS files are corrupt but play ok on Humax - How do I copy?

I am using the Humax Media Controller to transfer TS files from a 9200T.
Some of the files are not playing properly on the PC. The transfer utility says there is bad data (at least I think that is what it is saying). When I try to play the file on the Humax i.e. as the original programme, then it shows ok.
What is going wrong?
i'd like to copy the files to a PC but does it look like these "corrupt" files cannot be transferred properly.

Have you tried using a different player on your PC? The free Media Player Classic Home Cinema player can sometimes play ts files that VLC has failed with.
