Has Gadaffi had "Work Done"?

Not really the most notable aspect of the hopefully soon to be ex leader of Libya, but with all the images of him lately I couldn't help thinking that he looked odd.

Doing some googling about him in general, I saw stuff about him having had botox. (Googling gadaffi and botox gives loads of hits).

This would explain his odd look.

I don't understand though that if he had all that money and was vain enough for botox, why didn't he get a good haircut?

I think he's had work done, he's nearly 70 and has that 'you don't look old, but you look like you've had surgery' look that most seem to end up having once they start on surgery.

He's always had naturally curly hair, he always looked a bit Italian to me, in appearance & fashion ironic considering he was always going on about them as the oppresser

Just seen some quotes about people saying that they are glad to be free from " frizz head"

I can be a bit of a frizz head myself but if I had had his resources, I'd have had I under control
