Every year his silly mug appears in every frame. can someone just withdraw his invitation next year. he is silly and like most other comedians appears stupid when not reading from a script.
And by the way, please BBC shouting Hootennany every few seconds does not amount to good presentation of an otherwise good music programme.

Apart from bookings via the PC brigade for charitable causes Lenny's TV career is all but washed up - hasn't been funny in a long time and knows it.
PS> Note for all the guys who would like to 'give' their loved ones a little more time (if you get my drift). Just envisage Lenny and the missus going at it. Works for me every time!
Errrooouuugghhhhh!!! I think I will now become celibate with that horrific thought in my mind:D
He found Al Murray’s repetition of "Hootenany" hilarious though didn’t he? Speaks volumes about both these so-called comedians.
As Bruce Willis so memorably said in the classic "Last Boy Scout", you’d have to roll her in flour just to find the wet spot and then slap her thigh and ride the wave in!
Well, they both used to be funny.
Lenny passed his "sell by date" long before Dawn though..the last time I laughed at Lenny Henry is now a dim and distant memory.
Hopefully, they have made enough money between them to retire gracefully from our screens ?...please.
I agree, they are past their peak and have become Champagne socialists.
I remember he was on a morning TV show a few years ago plugging something or other & during the "interview" he was being his hilarious self, making silly noises, drifting into impersonations of people only he knew, just generally being an unfunny arse, after a few mins the presenter had run out of polite complementary laughs & was not massaging the considerably large Henry ego, Henry then turned on him, being rude & making personal jibes at him, the presenter then turned away from him to face the camera as if to say, "your a knob, I'm not listening to you".
How dare you not laugh at the hilarious Mr Henry,...it was morning TV & he made a complete @rse of himself
I don't why you would want to resist from 'giving your loved one one' but the image had me spitting my ice cream lol.
I think the correct joke is :
"Lenny Henry has NEVER been in anything funny.......& that includes Dawn French."
If he never appeared on TV again, I think few would miss him.
Hmm..
I got the impression that he had one particular one in mind. himself.
and he can play Benny Henry
