virgin fibre and stalling

I have virgin broadband 60meg and the speed is inconsistent. It keeps pausing and then starts again. I called them and they tell me there is no issues. Anyone else having this problem? If I reset tge box then it works fine for a bit then crashes again. Cheers

    Try the Cable sub forum.

    Virgin are awful currently. Stupidly high latency and packet loss at peak times in a large number of areas. I'd get the thinkbroadband quality monitor and see what it's like over a week or so.

    Thanks, Yes its dreadful between 6pm and 10pm. But on the phone they argue there is nothing wrong with it.
