UPC in talks again with Dutch cable co Ziggo

A logical combination as operate in different regions, a bit like the NTL and Telewest combination except UPC and Ziggo are in better financial shape.
Ziggo seems quite dynamic and is offering a cloud-based PVR service without the need for a box using CI and CI+ It's also got quite a catchy name which I would like to see replacing UPC and maybe even Virgin Media one day. I hope its dynamism does not get squashed in the event of a merger with Liberty Global.
