    Timewasters already!

Call an ambulance then refuse to wait an hour in A&E so leave? He should be billed for the ambulance callout.

I think a hospital attracts a lot of lonely people who just want some human contact and attention.

The other ones have serious medical problems.

Call me cynical, but I'd bet a lot of money that there are a few people like that woman, who seem to deliberately sabotage their weight loss as a means of convincing the authorities to give them a gastric band.

But even with a band fitted you need to stop filling your face with crap and exercise do these people not realize that

That woman should be arrested for 'wearing loud clothing in a built-up area during the hours of darkness'.

It does seem that one or two of the staff need to sort their attitudes out too.

If you don't know something then say you don't know, don't come away with a smart comment.

I think it makes them feel full after a couple of mouthfuls, but as they eat as an obsessional comfort, they will then be depressed as they can't stuff themselves.

I say treat the mental problem that they actually have and stop pussyfooting around with them and trying to be all PC about it. They are grossly fat and it's their own doing - Sort out their mental problems.

My eye specialist is brilliant at his job, but sucks big time with patient communication - I have to bully the info out of him.

The NHS shouldn't be abused to make self-inflicted problem people ""Happy"!

    It's for ill people!
