I seem to remember one in the last days of the classic series, when the it seemed like the bad guy(s) were dressed up like Bertie Basset. Anyone know what it was called??

    The Kandyman.was the villian. Bertie Bassett's actually complained. A sad reflection on Who at the time that the company didn't see it as free publicity.
