EE Lucy storyline - clue in last nights episode?

At the Beal's around the dinner table at lunch, Jane was the only one not hearing a silver crown hat.

Is this to symbolise her guilt in the involvement of Lucy's death? Maybe she planted the pressie? Her backing of Lauren's statement. was a bit too hasty odd. Is she hiding something or covering for someone?
I feel she' definitely involved in some way.

    Looking at Max watching the footage in tonight's ep made me realise that the video DIRECTLY points at Lauren. It doesn't just catch her in the background, it turns around and focuses on her. This could be deliberate for the killer trying to frame Lauren...and IIRC, it was Lola behind the camera.
