Great thriller with Elliot Gould and Christopher Plummer.
Innocent Blood
One of my favourite John Landis movies with the beautiful Anne Parillaud.
The Dove
All 3 are unfortunately rarely seen on TV and difficult to obtain on dvd/blu-ray
I posted this in the disturbing movies thread.
I thought it was a great movie but I would find it hard to watch again.

Really? I find some scenes are edgy but the end is so emotional and i actually cried. Just me then world
Don't get me wrong, it's not because I didn't think it was good.
I would highly recommend the movie to anybody.
I just thought the
was one of the most harrowing scenes I've ever seen, magnified by Sharon Stone's incredible acting.

Played out in real time, features excellent turns from Denise Crosby. Mykelti Williamson and John Agar - it never gets shown on terrestrial TV. Cool score by Tangerine Dream too !
70s to early 80s always worth mining for lost gems:

My brother has mentioned this movie to me on more than one occasion.
I'm always on the lookout for it.
The 1994 film set in Ireland was a remake of the 1962 French film La Guerre Des Boutons.
ooosh
Miami Blues
Slap Shot (1977)
The Hill
Quite a recent one, this. I saw it on late night TV a couple of years ago. I'd never heard of it before but I thought it was hysterical.
I assume that it went straight to DVD or in the case of UK, straight to TV as the DVD does not appear to have come out here.
Hopefully it will make it to blu-ray one day.
Knew i recognised the title haha yeah seen this [must've been on terrestial tv] an its not bad
It was you posting Miami Blues that reminded me.
That was my first thought. I hadn't heard of it myself, until I stumbled across it a couple of years ago on TCM. It's an excellent film, with some fantastic performances, especially Sean Connery.
