  Sorted - usually when a laptop fails to pick up the router we switch off router for a minute and it's fine but on this occassion it still did not work. So after 30mins aways we switched router back on and it now works.

  I'm having a similar problem, sorta. I got this phone and I'm on Orange PAYG on the Dolphin package, 300 free texts and 100mb of internet usage for topping up by £10. I heard you have to purchased a special "bolt on" to be able to use mobile internet with the Blackberry. How do I do this? At the moment, it's on Wifi and I'm using the home's BT Boardband wireless connection to use the internet. How do I switch it to the mobile internet?

  Call up Orange and ask that "blackberry internet service" be added to your account.
  It will then deduct £5 per month from your top up.
