Sky+ 160 Recording Problem

Hi,
I am getting this odd problem with my Sky+ 160 box, everytime I do dual recordings, the channel the sky box is tuned too and can watch, the recording fails where the other channel records without a problem.
I have also thed that live rewind doesn't work anymore.
Have I got a dodgy hard drive or is their something more sinister happening?

You can access this from the hidden menu by pressing Services, then pressing 4 followed by 0 followed by 1 and then press select.

Select Planner Rebuild - It mightn't help (though it might), but it won't do any harm.
We will swap the box, no problem ! You must still be within the year .
