Basically if i can drop my agents fees i can reduce the asking price and move quicker, has anyone used umoov or similar? Either for buying or selling?

Yes I'm using one now. They are a heck of a lot cheaper (I'm talking at least 3 times cheaper than the cheapest local agent wanted for a really basic service, and 6 times cheaper than the average price I was quoted). My only criticism is they were a bit slow getting out the photographer and EPC/floor plan guys but they did give me some extras free in way of apology.

Photos are great, professional local who uses wide angle lenses and makes sure colours look vibrant, touched up a bit to look really good. Stand that next to a house nearby who clearly had their photos taken on a camera phone (can't believe how blurry theirs were) I think that speaks well.
