    @12-55pm just ate half a 12" warmed defrosted french stick type roll [ were 99p - I paid 19p on Rainy Sunday ]
    with the last of the cold - Large garlic Roasted Chicken [ £5 - I Paid £2-99 ]
    with a large mixed salad s/cream [ 89p ] & white pepper

    then ate the other half of the warmed up / defrosted 12" bread roll
    filled with :-
    pro active buttery spread & Golden Shred Marmalade
    now waiting for mug of tea to cool enough to take a sip

    [ The Long Grass on the large field in front of here was cut by
    the Loud Industrial Mower truck >>>>>>>>> in the 40+ minutes
    - between arriving @11-49am and leaving @12-30pm
    ......................... was last cut on Tuesday 2nd of June ]

    Just eaten a defrosted and warm 12" bread roll [ like a mini french stick [ Paid 19p for 6 ? ]
    Filled the first 6" with [ fry light spray ] -2 fried eggs and half a fried tomato s&p
    with a medium sized bowl of side salad -
    iceberg cuke tomato red onion celery Heinz original salad cream [ Paid 89p ] s&p

    then had the other warm 6" bread roll with Pro - Activ buttery spread
    and a spoon of Golden Shred Marmalade
    Now having a mug of white Punjana tea

    Sis told me last night that she had already gone to North Wales ♥ :( ♥ on this ^^ date ]
    Leanne is now telling Bev's bearded old *client* - that she is going to tell Bev about what he was like - and Roy's new lady friend who he was trying to help declutter some items from her house ]

    Just cooked this easy meal - in my wokky :-
    A Full 200g [ Holland & Barrett's / rinsed > ] Slim ** Noodle ** pasta [ low cal / just 42 calories ]
    A big spoonful of [*Brakes # brand * Mushroom soup mix - some bouillon & savers brown sauce
    Lots of celery & red onion !! - a big tomato - some sliced Chorizo
    Some of my flat packed defrosted **Parsnippy Stew**
    Half a newly opened tin of Morrisons Red kidney beans in chilli sauce ......... all moved and tossed around till hot

    Also made another crunchy mixed side salad :-
    - big wedge of iceberg - 5" cuke - several long celery stalks - 1 tomato - half a red onion
    lots of squiggled Heinz salad cream & white pepper

    then a mug of White Punjana tea

    Late last night I suddenly reached for :blush:

    # = Approved Food / Delivered Products =
    2 x 60g packets of ** Mrs Crimble's ** Cranberry & Almond Oat Cookies -
    had most of them with :kitty: and my mug of white punjana tea = 335 Calories in each one :o&:o

    Back up 2 lbs now - Thursday - [ *1** - 0 lbs - 4 oz ]

    Just had a fairly big bowl of just made mixed salad
    [ big wedge of a new iceberg lettuce - 62 of a new cucumber - half a red onion - 1 tomato lots of celery & s/cream ]

    With A defrosted warmed french stick type bread roll filled with a fry light egg

    Then a defrosted and warm hot cross bun - then split into 2
    pro activ on each piece
    then a mug of white Punjana tea
