    No but isnt Hong kong one of the most expensive places to buy property outside of Monaco?

    No, if I had £10m to spend on property, Hong Kong is one of the last places on earth I'd consider, even if I were to get a lot for my money.

    I visited there a few months ago and didn't enjoy it at all (it was a business trip, so I suppose I wasn't going there expecting to have fun anyway).

    Am utterly, utterly confused by that picture of a grubby broom cupboard with broken shelves... I take it they don't have the same sorts of concerns about "dressing" a property for sale in HK.
