Is it possible that Sienna is not Patrick's daughter at all? I think that he locked her up in that room for months during pregnancy. Obviously his crimes had to be a little revolting. I imagine that the baby she "buried" is not even dead but instead Patrick put it up for adoption and the letters in the box are from that baby.

I also magine he also knew Dodger was alive all this time and got a mentally stable Anna omitted to the looney bin.

What are your thoughts on this SL and what do you think the big secret is and most importantly, what is in that chained up box?

I like it. So real Sienna died and Patrick took in this replacement Sienna we see Anna wouldn't know the difference because she wasn't around, was she? I'd frickin love that to be the case. I was hoping Will would expose what was in the box, but obviously that's not going to happen now I deffo think Patrick did something creepy with Sienna. Though they seem close, she always seems awkward around him. You've got me excited now

I still think Patrick abused Sienna, which would explain why she is, like she is around him.

I wonder if the baby is alive - but then it would be a slight replication of the Ronnie / Archie / Danielle plot from EastEnders.

Real Sienna dying would make sense because remember Anna didnt recognize Sienna when they met again, but she recognized all the other kids. She couldn't have been around Will much longer than she had been around Sienna as a child, so it would make sense for her to have remembered her too, but she didn't.

It would be an interesting twist. So the real Sienna died and the Sienna we see now was abused and locked up by Patrick and got pregnant with his baby? And the baby she thinks is dead was actually put up for adoption by Patrick. The box includes various information like the real Sienna's death certificate, letters from Anna proving that she was mentally stable, letters from Sienna's baby and also proof that he knew Dodger was alive.

Patrick's exit can be when he gets arrested for being a pedophile, and maybe Sienna gets help and Darren and Nancy forgive her before she gets taken away. This could potentially redeem her. And would be a pretty good exit IMO.

This had never crossed my mind but I think this May be the only way for the storyline to stand any credibility. It would be a complete shock and make more sense of the plot holes that have arisen.

I think this theory is really good, well thought!

This could definitely make sense and I think it'd be a pretty cool storyline if it panned out this way!

Also, if "Sienna" was young enough when she "replaced" the real Sienna, it would explain why she hadn't run a mile when she got out of the cellar, because she may have no memory that she isn't Patrick's real daughter.

It kind of reminds me of Desperate Housewives, where Katherine's daughter died in an accident, so she found another child in a foreign orphanage and carried on as normal.

I'm pretty sure the reason Anna didn't 'recognize' Sienna is because Patrick had told her that Sienna was dead.

I always thought too that maybe Anna actually was sane and Patrick manipulated everyone in to thinking she was mentally unwell. Now I guess we'll never know, since they've killed Anna off

No she didn't, she just didn't recognise her because she didn't see Sienna since she was 7

I'm not sure I like this new baby twist. I liked the storyline how it was, I don't want them turning it in to a Ronnie Mitchell one or one of the others mentioned above.

I really don't want Sienna to be killed off but my hopes aren't high :'(

That would be too obvious though. I like the idea that she's not the real Sienna. As Patrick doesn't seem that fatherly towards her and seems irritated by her most of the time.

On a sidenote, Jeremy Sheffield (Patrick) and Nikki Sanderson (Maxine) were on Daybreak today talking about their abuse storyline. They are also featured in an advert about Domestic Violence.

And maybe Patrick had Anna sectioned when they were together because Sienna died and Anna knew, though he wanted to carry on with the new child as though she was the real Sienna. Thus, to stop Anna from revealing to anyone (friends or family) that Sienna was dead and the new Sienna was an 'imposter' Patrick manipulated her and made everyone believe she'd gone crazy . Anna didn't seem that mad to me. A little troubled and fragile, but not crazy.

Maxine was the first the find the wooden box, she got it unlocked almost opened it if Patrick hadn't of come home. Will got to it read everything there was in it and used it against Patrick anytime he wanted if Will needed to. Will was about to revil Patrick secrets when he had everyone tied up thanks to Patrick getting free and untieing Dodger causeing a scene so Will planes were messed up. Now that Will's aressed Patrick's secrets are safe for now. Sienna useing whatever Patrick done to her as a weapon so he doesn't tell anyone about her fake baby, Sienna told Patrick if her secrets get out his secrets about what he done to Sienna will get out as well. What secrets Will find in the box told Patrick hes a very sick man worse than whatever Will has done.

Patrick would've destoryed the papers in the box since Will got to them or just hidden somewere else, If Patrick still has the papers in the wooden box he be crazy to keep them some else could find them. It's been some some since we seen that padlocked chained wooden box it may end up being used again once Patrick been exposed.

Nice theory it would make a great hollyoaks story and be great to have on hollyoaks.
