Maybe Sharon is returning to reform The Banned with Ian?

Some of you may recall that Sharon and Ian, amongst others, were both members of a totally cool band back in the 80s, named, wittily, The Banned. Perhaps this is the real reason Sharon is set to return to Walford? If Sharon and Ian reunite, and get Phil, Shirley, Alfie and Billy in on the action, I think they could give the youngsters of today a run for their money.

Here's Grant, revealing to his wife Sharon that he's discovered her secret, and playing it to shocked customers in the pub. No, not her affair with Phil, her other dark secret - The Banned!

I can see their first single - 'Grandmama do the Hump' feat. MC PolkaDot.

Kat Moon should join with her vocals.

And Kim Fox's bongo drums wouldn't go amiss either

Kim could do the rap verse - Walford's very own Lil' Kim

Peggy needs to be brought back just to throw in some phrases such as "get outta my band!". And they really need Dot to end their songs with "Ooh, I say!"

Peggy could also do a duet with Derek "We are (not) Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaamily"
