Richard was a bit careless on the Cockney Rhyming Slang round. One of the options to be guessed was "Baker's Dozen". When one of the other contestants gave "Rent" as the answer for "Duke of Kent" they scored 13, to which Richard made the comment that they'd scored a "Baker's Dozen" - would have been interesting if the next contestant had given "13" as his answer instead of "Oven" - would it have been accepted ????

I've never heard of it.
Quite right. The thing about rhyming slang is that you only use the first word.
So - thats a nice whistle.
You would never say - thats a nice bowl
On the subject of which
Drum, for a flat - is that rhyming?
Tom, for a prossie/hooker - is that rhyming?
Googled these now - not rhyming slang.
Would you Adam and Eve it?
Well Thursday and Friday there is football on but BBC2 are showing a couple of Pointless Celebrities repeats.
No, because like oven it doesn't rhyme with dozen. ^_^
The Liverpool one was rubbish. Unless he said who they are you wouldn't have a clue who they were supposed to be.
