Hi I'm based in the UK and a run a small business - I will also be running the business abroad - will VOIP allow me to use the same number wherever I am in the world? i.e. can I keep a UK number that when people call it I can pick it up in Australia?

    Yes and yes. All you need is an Internet connection (at least 128kbps both ways), geographic location doesn't matter (although it can introduce latency).
