I don't think the Judge can ignore that there could have been interaction with the witness during his testimony.

    It is absolutely clear.

    Dixon is floundering now.

This man has been a disgrace.

but the Defence case are presenting contradictory evidence to Oscar's own testimony ! so I don't think it's possible he would walk now.

I hope so and he is jailed for life. Justice has to be given to Reeva.

It was a really horrible day but I still managed to have a chuckle through the pain, because of you amusing bunch:D Cheers.

    Ouch!

Hope you're feeling a bit better today :)

Ouch - looks like the witness is colluding with the council when under oath.

is that under the umbrella of 'perjury' ?

he doesn't know, but Roux would know he's been set up a bit here, poor guy

He couldn`t get them as they were "too hard to find". Used copper-jacketed Ranger ammo instead. Despite that Sky News got hold of Black Talons within 24 hours.

So any 'shot' experiment is compromised.

And it's interesting that they were easy to find, mmmmmm.

Did Dixon use talon bullets on the door? Or other ones, anyone? Has it been said?

    Phone call.

Oooh, Nel inferring there is collusion.

He couldn't get hold of black talon even though Sky could.

    He used "brown shiny ones"

Sigh of relief from Dixon as Nel finishes.

Roux now scrambling to remedy the damage done.

    In what way?

Laymen here have pointed out numerous scientific errors - why could an "expert" not do these simple things.

Like taking a picture of a person the same height as OP on his stumps, not of a person 20cm / 8 inches shorter?

This isnt forensic science, its the most basic of errors.

Not as far as I'm concerned.

I don't either, too long a break before reappearing on the stand.

sure he's already perjured himself by saying he hasn't been following the trial, so might as well go the full hog!

    Bingo!

Handed memory stick to the council

    Dixon hid this

The fact of handing over a memory stick isn't the problem, it is that Dixon knew that the copies had been handed to the prosecution.

Are you saying that there were no scientific errors in the testimony from dixon?

    *gobsmacked*

Most were pointed out here in this forum, before Nel x-examined Dixon about them

Roux needs to start getting more feisty! He's been too placid recently.

So he used movie sound bites
He repeated one bullet sound to replicate rapid fire
    He used different bullets

    Ring ring

Oscar: "Hallo Roger it's Oscar. Can you pop over to Uncle Arnie's tonight we want to do some blood spatter tests"

Roger: "But I'm not an expert on blood spatter"

Oscar: "Don't worry Roger you have all the attributes we need".

But the judge only has to find a tiny bit of doubt and he could walk free going by last nights catch up prog. Unless I heard it wrong.

Everything points to OP shooting to kill whoever was behind that door.

Yes I agree, so maybe the judge won't have any doubts. Op said the other day that before he knew what was happening he had fired four shots, yet Monday or Tuesday this week, Nel asked him why he didn't just fire a warning shot into the bathroom, and OP said that the bullet could have ricocheted and could hurt himself. So he had the presence of mind not to fire a warning shot. Which one is the truth? Either he didn't know what he was doing or he did!
