I was watching some old clips of HO today and was thinking about how much partner / family swapping goes on. It's insane. The following list has all occured in the last 12 years.


Helen Richardson marries Gordon Cunningham
making
Mandy Richardson, Lewis Richardson, Max Cunningham and Cindy Cunningham step siblings
Tom Cunningham is their half sibling.

Frankie Dean marries Jack Osbourne
making
Steph, Jake, Debbie and Craig Dean the step siblings of Darren and Ruth Osbourne.

Jack Osbourne and Dawn Cunningham = Beth Cunningham
Beth is the half sister of Ruth and Darren, the neice of Cindy, Max and Tom.

    It's weird and it's seedy, but it's not incest (apart from Rhys and Beth).

    I completely forgot about Rhys and Beth, so has he by the looks of things. I'm surprised Gilly hasn't mentioned it when Rhys is calling him a rapist in a "well at least I haven't...." kind of way.

    Oh Riley and Mitzeee are definitely gonna happen at some point. I am actually looking forward to that storyline so much as I love both characters and I will be interested to see how the writers go about it.

    I hope it does not happen either, I would love to see Riley get together with Lynsey, think they would make a good couple.:)

    I don't want to see Riley and Mitzeee get together either, although I'm sure they will. It may not be legally incest, but it would be downright weird and a bit seedy, since they have pretty much been brought up together as family.

    I'm always a bit confused when they mention the fact they knew each other so well as kids. Didn't Mitzeee's mum hate Heidi for stealing Carl? So why would they spend a lot of time together with their kids?

    yeah that's the only true incest.
    although they didn't grow up together, so they wouldn't see each that way.
    i thought they at least had feelings for each other before they found out they were related...so they couldn't help themselves when they did find out.

    The weirdest one has got to be Darren Osborne marrying Hannah Ashworth and then getting her mum Suzanne pregnant. Thus becoming his own children's brother-in-law. And Neville Ashworth is also the twins step-dad AND step-grandad :eek: :eek: :eek:
