  She couldn't of done it even if she wanted to as her bail conditions don't allow her to leave the US

  They make up rumours like Lindsay Lohan and act as if they really want her and are willing to pay the money when they know they can't as she can't leave the States.
  
  So basically, the pretend they really want her and then when they don't get her the say it's because of her court thing, not because they couldn't afford her.
