Listen to you! Delight in a fictional characters misery? Silly cow? Shes not a real person for goodness. I think some people begin to really believe fictional programmes are true! The lines are blurring.

No - the child is illegitimate. Tina can prevent him being named on the birth certificate.
Sorry to disappoint but Gary can obtain a declaration of parentage through the court with evidence from the IVF treatment.
For genetic reasons it's likely a court will rule that baby Jake/Joe will need Izzy in his life too.
You're rather silly if you believe Tina will be able to just take baby Jake/Joe and be rid of Gary and Izzy forever because it isn't going to happen.
It's likely joint custody will be given.
