  yeah people only like sally because of the brilliant story not because of her character. i find her a bit boring it was only the weepings angels that made the episode brilliant. Sally didn't really do anything heroic or special i mean

  I hope Jenny gets a spin off - as in her spinning off into a black hole and being crushed to the subatomic level. Dreadful character! Sally Sparrow so much more grounded and interesting.

  to be honest you could have cast a bag lady in the Sally Sparrow role and they wouldve shone in such a brilliant script and execution.
  
  they are both 'more than F***able' though, to quote the teenagers.

  I did enjoy The Doctor's Daughter, but again the writers missed a great opportunity to explore the Doctor's lost family a bit more

  Okay: a joke's a joke but this is WAY beyond the realms of light entertainment...enough with the FUC...ahem...enough with the Sally Sparrow threads...it's not big and it's not clever...if you want to vote "poor" every week because you're a Battlestar Galactica fan then fine but seriously...Sally Sparrow was crap in "Blink" and would be crap as a companion on DW...although, having said that, if she was taken on as a companion on DW and turned out not to be crap: I would have the good grace to apologise for my remarks as opposed to those slimey, twisty people who are really peeved that Catherine Tate has actually delivered the goods this year.......
