I'd love to now how ITV class that as 'news'.

Maybe whoever sold them the car persuaded them it was actually a TARDIS?

They should have attached a pair of wheels to it and rolled it all the way home, a'la every episode of Last Of The Summer BLOODY Wine.

Or fixed it on top of the car like Mr Bean.

Reminds me of the time we watched people trying to fit a giant TV in a small car outside Tesco. I've often wondered how that ended.:D

Probably easier to fit the car into the sofa.

I believe that on this particular type of Skoda you can completely remove the rear seats from the car. Gives a bit more loading space BUT that sofa will still not fit!

I can imagine how the conversation went: "By 'eck duck, there's ner way we're gonna pay to hire a van just for that sofa. It'll go in t'car with a push!" ;-)

    Filmed by an "onlooker".
From the bedroom of the house opposite I'd say.
I think the "onlooker" may find that settee coming through their living room window when the family realise they've been filmed.

It's funny, it's stupid but both Billy and Toby are right.

Their faces should have been blurred at least,
to late now, 50,000 hits and rising.

Taking the cushions off, so funny. :D

There are 3 adults and 2 kids. How did they think they were all going to get in the car plus the sofa? Or were they planning to run behind? Anyhow, as to being filmed, if you behave like an idiot in a public street sooner or later someone is bound to notice and film you, surely? I'm not saying that's right but it's how life is now.

The 'onlooker' deserves a slap for filming without permission. Like with this retarded Google Glass, anyone filming me for Google's benefit will be a grand down the drain, literally.

Then you'd probably be charged with assault. Despite what some seem to think there are no laws against filming in public places.

I like how they remove the cushions later on hoping the sofa might fit without them lol
