"That's a nice hamster, little girl"

"Called Spikey, is he? Well I'm going to eat him - I like eating hamsters - unless you do a little something for me"

Credibility-destroying cop-out: The above is pure ficton. Until it's proven otherwise.

Not one bit surprised. You could see it in his face when he was giving his recent interviews on Sky. The fear had turned him grey in the face,. He knew the game was up.

Not necessarily. It could just be for formal questioning.

Well it was bound to happen. 20 years younger than Savile, trying to impress his hero probably. No excuse if it did happen though!

Can't help but feel that the police have arrested freddie just as seen to be doing something. A token gesture if you like. I think they are struggling any way and I really don't think that there will be anymore arrests because they is no evidence. I have never really liked Freddie Star but I feel really sorry for him at the moment.

I can't help but wonder if someone at ITV became aware of rumours about Freddie Starr last year and that was the real reason he left I'm A Celebrity early

What's he done, turned up at the shops in his comedy Hitler costume and offended someone?

He was only saying the other day that police told him he WOULDN'T be arrested.

Oh well...here's how the DM are reporting his arrest.

He is maintaining his innocence, in fact I believe he wanted to be questioned to give him an opportunity to clear his name.

From what I can gather there is a woman that said he groped her, and he said she was writing a book and saying things to use in the book.

Whether this is true or not, who knows.

Not necessarily. It could just be for formal questioning.

"Oi, Starr, you're nicked! Go and put a suit and tie on and then come with us to the station!"

    "Why the posh clobber?"

"Formal interview, Starr. NOW MOVE IT!!"

    :D;)

    This could finish him off.

He looks like a corpse as it is - and nearly snuffed it on I'm a Celebrity last year.

I think Freddie would have been voted out day! He looked fat and stinky ( sorry not good with my words).

What's with the offenceS plural? I thought it was that one woman who accused him of groping her.

Is it just procedural as he was making an appointment through his Solicitor to volunteer his response?
