Rollerball on the blackberry

I can't get my roller ball to scroll down. Any tips? I've tried moving it about in all he other directions in case anything is caught underneath but still no joy

    It could be a software issue...it happened to me once and rebooting fixed it.

    Rollerballs in general are notorious for failing. If you pop into your local service centre they'll take the phone to bits and clean it up usually, as its covered under warranty.
