Is it just me or is the three network crap,? i have been a customer of 3 since march and my 3g service is total crap i have phoned and phoned and all i get is "it will be sorted in 48 hours" i know where the cell is and it isn't omitting a 3g signal i have told them but nothing happens. help

You are aware they have signed a big deal with Nokia to upgrade the network together with T-mobile.

Read some consumer feedback and comments at www.reviewcentre.com and www.moneysavingexpert.co.uk to get some 1st hand user experiences.
Even customer services we found to be excellent when we used them.
Not with them now, but that's not because we weren't happy with them.
I work at the local hospital where the above site is top of a 9 story block i can get a 2g signal with full power but 3g non existant, i have told three time and time again about it but they are a total nightmare.
the cells radiate outwards. Maybe there is an ongoing issue, or maybe it's being taken out in favour of a t-mobile site nearby and earmarked for the upgrade project.
I would be certain they remotely monitor masts, so there must be something else going on.
Try calling their office in Scotland if you can find the number, they may be more use, or email them asking for the email to be forwarded to their engineering dept.
Where approx in the UK are you?

Its a network problem and its been one since 2003 when 3 appeared!
They fixed it in my area

My brother went back to the shop and told them he tried to do the update of the software (which of course didnt fix the problem), so they told him the phone is knackered so its had to go for repair, but wont get it back till next tuesday.
