Neck/Shoulder/elbows issues ongoing Advice on treatment

Hello.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with my on-going neck and shoulder issues.

First of all I have already been to sports physiotherapist and that has not helped much. I felt I was paying money for a few exercises that have not helped much

Things started going wrong when I broke my elbow 4 years ago. I feel as though my whole left shoulder is set up towards my left ear.
I feel strain at the bottom of my neck on the left side and of late I get a twinge in both elbows when I bend or straighten my arms.

I can't lie on my left side as it feels strange, no pain just does not feel right.

I've been to the doctor and they have not been much help. I try stretches but these tend to give relief for a hour or so then I just tense up again on my left side.

I'm now baffled because I have the elbow twinge on both arms and until now have had no issues with my right side.

Where do I go from here?

Any advice would be great

Jamiesd

Ask your GP for a referral to an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in shoulder and elbow surgery.

Do you work at a computer? If so, get a work station assessment done and make sure you are sat correctly.

If you are not sat right this can cause all manner of problems.

Ask your doctor if your elbow twinges apcoukd be bursitis, I get it in the hip and it's horrible.
