Isn't the film Valentine's Day just a remake of another film set at christmas, but with Mainly British Actors.

Even the Posters are Similar

I thought it was just a remake of Love Actually when i first saw the trailer but apparently not. Even reading about the film there seems to be some of the similar story lines.

I'm going to see this on Friday. It's the first showing at my local cinema.

Yeah it is basically an attempt at an American 'Love Actually' in terms of a bunch of inter-connected stories revolving around a particular time. But I can't wait for it. I'm off to see it next week for Orange Wednesday. It's got a really good cast and I'm looking forward to it.

There's already plans for 'New Years Eve' apparently since they're predicting this to be a success.

just saw this - and thought it was fantastic!! the way the characters linked wasn't quite as seamless as love actually, but it was really brilliant :)

    i'll spoiler it but
finding out that the little boy was julia roberts' son - i haven't cried at the cinema for a long time but i couldn't hold it in, so emotional

would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a laugh and a heart warming chick flick

I have never watched love actually as I couldn't get into it, it seemed boring.

However, I couldn't wait to see valentines day, and when I went to watch it, it was brilliant :D kept me laughing all the way through too :D

Please say thats a joke. We could get a load of these films. Following Valentines Day and New Years Eve there will be thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. At least there wont be Independance Day as that title has been used already!

I thought it was a good film. Total rip off of Love Actually, but it was great. A few unexpected surprises in it too.
