    only a little gap
So we'll now be watching on a slight delay. I suspect they'll be live again for the encore and just shorten the gap.

I've always loved this song, but I can't help thinking about Alan Partridge now when I hear it.

Although I agree about Bono's pomposity, I still think they're a good band.

Didn't think it was Larry Mullen. Looks weird without dyed hair!

it's the 360 tour set list give or take.
However, I think Bono's voice has paid the price of two years hard touring,

No no no no. Great set list in the main, but everyone likes a bit of predictability and so Pride or With or Without You should have been the closers, surely? I thought they were doing brilliantly til about two-thirds through, and had thought they had more experience than to get experimental with a festival crowd.

Overall I really liked it, but I would have loved them to have sent people away singing one of the 'big ones'.

re U2. Just saw this tweet that sums them up nicely:

#u2 just sound knackered. It's like listening to a version of them that hasn't slept for three days.

Bono did look like he hadn't slept since the early 90s when he took off his glasses for a moment.

I rather enjoyed their set until they over long encore.
