Quick question
Can I play blue ray DVDs on my ps3
And if so is it easy

    Yes they should go right away to.
    Some times you may have to update the PS3 though.

    By the way there is no e in Blu-Ray :)

    The PS3 was at one time a relatively cheap way to get on the Blu-Ray ladder. This was in the early days of Blu-Ray when players were in the 100s of quid for even the bottom of the range models. It is still a perfectly decent disk player.

    That is the main reason I got a Ps3 in the first place, I also use it to play music and for Netflix. i don't really play that many games on it apart from Zen pinball. If/when it goes belly up I will replace it, i may get one soon just for a spare.

    I'd wait until the ps4 gets released. The price of a ps3 will hopefully plummet! Then I'll get one. Probably.

    Plays Blu-Ray and DVD's perfectly....It's worth buying the optional remote if you are going to be using it for that primarily.....

    The PS3 also plays 3D Blu-Rays if that's of any interest.
