"FM (No Static At All)" (1978)"
Having previously watched this movie a few times back in the '80s, I'd now like to watch it again. Problem is, that unlike most every other movie that I enjoy, all of which are now available to buy on DVD at a cost of just a few U.K pounds each, this particular movie seems virtually impossible to purchase anywhere, unless I'd like to pay way over 100 GBP for the DVD currently advertised on eBay
I have to ask myself why, when there are movies such as the one this post refers to, which have not been shown for years, we tend to see just the same old films recycled over and over again on the television. I suspect it perhaps comes down to a matter of rights or royalties?
When all is said and done, just like a book is written for people to read, movies are made for people to watch, so why make certain films so difficult to view? Go figure
Please can anyone suggest how I might get to see this movie again, without spending excessive amounts of money?
