So do I; I feel really sorry for him. He is highly qualified in his field but not qualified to give expert evidence in this trial. He is like the 'absent minded professor' and doesn't deserve all the flak he is getting. It must be that the defence is desperate for expert witnesses or they would have had someone better qualified for this case.
I think they did use different bullets; Rangers as opposed to Black talon. And they are different grains apparently so I guess that would make the bang different.

The correct version is the first gun they used kept jamming so they were unable to get a sequence of shots off in the right time so they discussed using sound editing to simulate but instead, they got a new gun that worked and performed a new shooting test to record the sequence of shots correctly.
Yes I agree, so maybe the judge won't have any doubts. Op said the other day that before he knew what was happening he had fired four shots, yet Monday or Tuesday this week, Nel asked him why he didn't just fire a warning shot into the bathroom, and OP said that the bullet could have ricocheted and could hurt himself. So he had the presence of mind not to fire a warning shot. Which one is the truth? Either he didn't know what he was doing or he did!
