This channel should be ditched or show proper +1 programming, what a waste of space just for 2 hours teleshopping.
Not really a waste of space. I would imagine that the other 22 hours in the day it is just a caption and some other service is using the space. So all it is really taking up is a channel number in the EPG.
Shouldn't be allowed really but I guess as long as they pay their epg fees and broadcast something them it complies with the rules. I noticed Sky require a minimum of 6 hours broadcasting to get an epg slot on their platform. Perhaps DigitalUK should follow suit?
ITV4 is currently testing on D3 & 4 so it looks like it is going get moved to this multiplex so that viewers in Freeview Lite areas can watch it so ITV will put one + 1 services on ITV4's old frequency.
