Regarding Lady Penelope and Virgil, you'd be hard pressed to find a more sexually charged scene than at the end of The Perils Of Penelope just after Virgil has rescued her. Very rarely have eyes expressed so much. Pure animal lust!:D

Agree, sounds like the original but that would have been easy to pinch that from the original series.
And loading and unloading everything is so fast for the attention challenged kiddies whereas in the original it was that slow attention to detail that made it.

They might have used the original cut of the actor's voice - I'm not sure.
The voice actor for Parker has aged so maybe that explains the change there.

The launches of T1 and T2 (and the pod selection!) used to be a pleasure to watch. Now they're over with in seconds.

If you're looking to rescue people you would load something in a hurry - it's logical.
The big thing of Digital Spy is usually logic and people tend to whine incessantly about a lack of logic on shows. Now there is something logical people are whining about it again.

I just knew they wouldn't be able to recreate the gravitas that made you care about the characters needed for when they are in danger.
