BBC Ident in "Remembrance of the Daleks"

When Ace watches TV at the B&B, a piece of music plays that I'm sure should be a well-known piece of BBC ident music, but I can't find any reference to it online. I'm trying to see if there's an original recording of it, but only have Keff McCulloch's version from the isolated soundtrack on the DVD. Anyone know what the music's called?

Hi overdrive2007 - the music is called "Puffin' Billy" by Edward White and it's best known as the theme to the BBC radio programme 'Children's Favourites')

And by the way, BBC1 didn't even have ident music until 1997, and BBC2 started using it in 1991, so it was impossible for BBC ident music to be used in the classic series!
