  Yes, she is a cold, heartless b*tch in my opinion. I'd like to see her without all that slap, dressed like a sack of sh*t and asking members of the public how old the pinch-faced old bag looks. :mad:

  Though I don't believe she means anything by it. It's just her manner. I don't think she metaphorically looks down her nose at people either, though obviously she can't avoid doing it literally.

  With the horrendous frames she wears she really should get
