When Is A £1.70 Monthly Discount...
Not a £1.70 monthly discount? I am a BT Option 1 customer who has opted for online billing. Since last month there has been a message at the bottom right-hand corner of my Billing page informing me that I will save £20+ over the course of a year on my BT Option, amounting to a £1.70 discount every month over the course of 12 months.
I have just spoken to an Indian lady who has taken a look at my account and been told that this would only apply if I were to upgrade to Option 2 or 3. Nowhere does it say this, it refers to *my* BT Option, presumably the one I am on now. Who's right? And if it's Internet Service Providings, why does it not say 'subject to Option upgrade' or similar?
