BT to Sky Talk - Bill Query

Until very recently I was on the BT Evening & Weekend package for my land line when I changed to the Evening Plan as I did not want to be contracted to BT for another 12 months.

I've now moved to SKy Talk and my final BT bill is somewhat confusing. I've been charged approx £80 for terminating my contract early (although i did confirm with BT that I could move to Sky Talk without a penalty and I have an email to show this so could quite easily challenge this).

However, I have also been credited for the line installation that happened approximately a year ago. Therefore I'm in credit by about £10.

Anyone heard of the installation fee being credited when moving to Sky Talk? I'm not sure whether I shoud challenge termination fee as they may then realise this installation fee is in error and take some money off me!

Anyone been in a similar situation?
