  Well someone said they had emailed the Garage owner. I'm guessing the OP freaked out at this because it could have meant them seeing the thread. Then what he was claiming would have completely unravelled so he requested it's deletion.

  Someone posted the garages reply and then the op said the garage had emailed saying the op owed them 400 odd quid plus vat and then it got deleted. I'm guessing the op freaked out that someone had the audacity to contact the garage to get the other side of the story, they really should have thought about that before posting up the garages website address.

  I deleted my copy of the email, but basically they claimed they had done all they could to help, but got loads of verbal from the OP or his wife.
  
  Also the PX they put in needed a new clutch hence the £400+ counter claim!
  
  The owner was a wee bit peeved about the whole thing, maybe Chenks still has the email.

  I don't blame them, it was really nasty for the op to trash them in that way so publicly especially seeing as it was the op in the wrong.
