Don't often post here, but did anyone see the accident at St Pancras when they were doing a live reporting.... looked like a guy got run over by a motorcycle.

Yes, I saw that, too.

Seems like the only people who didn't were the camera crew and those producing the news.

The man who got run over appeared to be fine, not sure about the motorcyclist. Lets hope so.

I hope ITV make a note of it in a later broadcast.

Don't know weather to applaud or frown at the professionalism of the reporter - surely she heard it.

The reporter just carried on regardless!

Poor man was standing there with his suitcase, he was mowed down by a skidding moped, or it looked like a moped which had already lost control and was prone on the ground.

Hope every body involved is unhurt.

On your link, which lasts a few seconds longer than the first, I'm amazed at how people can carry on walking past as if absolutely nothing has happened- even though it's right in front of them. Okay- you don't want a lot of people staring and gawping- but the only two people to go and help were on the opposite side of the road.

He was looking in the direction of the motorcyclist so cant understand why he even attempted to cross. Can't fault the news reporter for carrying on..it was loud so she can't have heard much.

Yes you can not apportion any criticism to the reporter. She probably had an ear piece in plus how many times do reporters have a commotion behind them ? They probably learn to switch off to the background noise.

Hope the guy was ok.

I don't think the news reporter was aware of anything happening. As for the man who got ran over, what on earth was he doing? Attempted to cross and then just stood there right in the path of it.

Very professional I must say, I think she would have heard something. I wasn't really watching the news (it was just on in the background) and it was the noise that got my attention and I thought "what was that". She does react like something has got her attention and she has a very slight stumble and goes to her notes to re-focus.

Very professional.

The reporter has tweeted saying that the pedestrian and motorcyclist were both fine.

I know there both fine... But shouldnt they have cut back to the studio! Probably sounding very dramatic! But surely they would normally cut back to studio
