What if they go an untold story route, and they do new one off stories for some of the remaining Doctors, having no other Doctors involved, they just work by themselves, or maybe with the companions they had, or maybe even different ones.

Each Doctor has their own story (or possibly team some of them up in pairs) which all end up being part of a bigger story.
Either that or have the 11th Doctor travel back through his own past (a combination of old stories (Docs 1 -3) and new ones) having to make sure things play out as they should but not interfering with his previous incarnations.
