Henrik really didn't feel like himself here. The only point where the old Henrik shone through was his wry look at Ric's name on "his" door and even that was destroyed by the absurd last scene where he just ripped it off. I don't dislike Henrik but I can't say the show's really missed him either and on the basis of this episode I'm not sure his coming back will add anything.
Serena and Jasmine's storyline didn't really go the way I was expecting at all. While Serena is obviously on edge and in a pretty dark place, I'm not seeing any evidence of her punishing or trying to destroy Jasmine. If anything, I get the impression that in some twisted way she sees her as a substitute for Elinor: Her daughter never got to realise her potential so she's going to make damn sure that this young woman does. Nice to get a bit of Jac/Jasmine interaction.
Most interesting thing about the Darwin story was that Matteo's lecture to the patient felt like exactly what Jac would have said. Otherwise, the patient storyline was a bit flat, the staff mostly stood around gossiping and Jac's decision at the end rendered the whole thing pointless anyway.

Yes that's how I see it, serena is going to focus all her attention on Jasmine in a slightly obsessive daughter replacement way. I think she will end up having some kind of breakdown in the end,
Lovely Henrik is back, all is well in Holbyverse now. A sad story, but I think he made the right choice even though he has lost his family in the process. Thing is though, had he given in to Fredrick over this you can bet every time he wanted Henrik's backing he would use Oscar as a weapon.
Is Serena going to become obsessed with Jasmine? It doesn't look good I sense a breakdown looming.
Serena said Holby is a teaching hospital -- true -- but then didn't give Jasmine a proper chance. Serena is definitely on the edge.
I enjoyed the moment between Jac and Jasmine. I hope that when Serena self-destructs, Jasmine is sent back to Darwin and we can see them interacting again.
I'm glad to see Hanssen doesn't seem as enthusiastic about Isaac as Ric is. It was nice to see Isaac get some of his own medicine -- it was just a shame that he then took it out on Dom.
With two very heavy storylines -- Dom/Isaac and Serena/Jasmine -- I'm beginning to feel that I could do with something a little more lighthearted to leaven the darker storylines just a little. Still, I'm hoping that Hanssen will bring some order out of the chaos upon his return.

I must admit i smiled at that Hansen giving Issac a taste of his own medicine. Hansen can be quite stealth like and you do not always hear or see him coming. I hope Hansen is the one that notices and does something. Hansen is not one to be messed with. He was very good with Jason.
I wonder when we are going to see Sacha back? Also Raf has not been seen since the last episode when Sach found out about him and Essie.

Hanssen has become one of my favourite characters. There's a calmness about him that is often badly needed.
Raf was in the episode the week before last, when Fletch was repaying all his debts.
I like the Isaac and Dom storyline mainly because i'm a huge Marc Elliott fan and i'm loving his portrayal of the controlling Isaac.
I do feel sorry for Dom but i'm also annoyed he isn't standing up for himself more. Dom used to be a bit of a user himself, and wasn't always the well loved character he is now. I guess he is still vulnerable after Arthurs death, but he has really changed compared to character who was having a fling with Malick, and who was talking about how he used to kill hamsters!

I think as a child he was used to his dad being like that to his mum, very controlling and putting her down. I also think his mum noticed the behaviour of Isaac when he seen him last and she knew he was like her husband in that respect. She did not look happy.
Hi can someone please fill me in a tiny bit on Henrik's story . He left because someone had died? And Frederik is his son but who was the other person they where referring to - doing it for them - began with O. Is Frederik the son he didnt know about or that he left because he didnt want him to be like him?

I think the O was Oscar who was Frederiks son and so Hannsons grandson. ( the one he was looking at in the photo ) He basically sacrificed any future relationship with his grandson rather than go against his principles and help his son with the drug trails.
I can't remember who it was how died, I think it was his son's step father? Someone else will be able to help with that bit better than I can!

Yes it was his sons step father who died that's when Henriks son took over the running of the company, we saw that in an ep where Henrik went to Sweden

I was really happy to see Isaac *spits* get 'beat down', from the 23rd episode things go worse before they get better for Dom.
Full Metro interview with the new characters. The returnee I don't think will be back for a long time. Also holby is lacking in decent Nurse roles (don't get me started on Casualtys Nurses!).
That's two new/returning nurses, which is definitely needed on Holby. Right now, they're a bit lacking in nurses, with only Fletch and Essie.
I was thinking that too and they don't have a matron either! too many chiefs and not enough Indians!
When Donna comes back, she's worth a few nurses, if she will still be as large as life .
Not really a fan of Lofty – found him a bit of a drip

Also the relationship between Dom and Isaac is awful. I find myself telling Dom to kick him into touch 😂
I'm very pleased Hanssen is back 😊

I thought she was just scrunching up paper

Where is Rik supposed to be?
Wonderful to see Hendrik back and what great integrity he showed at the end, at cost to himself.
Isaac, whom I liked at first, is turning out to be horrible. I feel for Dom.
Jac - get it on girl!
Is Serena going to become obsessed with Jasmine? It doesn't look good I sense a breakdown looming.
Sarah Jane Potts and Milson were too and were Joseph and Jac,
Carry on. Just came to me tonight when watching the film.

I did not! I've always thougth that he was 'a bad un'.
Well to be fair they were/are an actually couple.

Not really a place for Jez in the main hospital as he is a paramedic and they tend to confine them to ED in Holby
