hi any body having any trouble with flash player 14 at the moment it want play videos and clips on facebook and music on utube got to keep on taking out and downloading it again

This link will set your youtube to use HTML5 rather than Flash. I know it isn't what you asked for, but it should at least partly eradicate your Flash woes.
