If Frozen premieres this Christmas it will be Christmas Day afternoon surely, isn't that time slot a bit late too for an animated kids film too?
It's one of the biggest films in recent years, they'll want to give it a good slot in primetime, Christmas Day won't allow it with Doctor Who and what have you.

But as there were different rights, it couldn't have been helped, and no doubt BBC1 and C4 would've been in touch with each other to make sure No.2 didn't follow No.1.

You mean make sure 2 isn't aired before the original? I also wonder if that's ever happened
Noah has just ended on Netflix so expect that soon. Not sure about Film4 but expect nothing for Channel 4 for a couple of weeks due to the Paralympics.

I think you may be right - I was typing it in and thinking "surely this has been on Film 4 or Channel 4?" I have seen it on dvd, IMO not a great film.
It's such a long film that, after starting at 9.30pm on Sunday, and including adverts, it doesn't finish until Wednesday afternoon
