Hi,
I 've had BT Vison for about a week and a half now. Until 3 days ago I was happy until suddenly the on demand content stopped working. All I get is the video playing for a couple of seconds and then freezing. This just continues until I exit to normal TV. Having sopken to BT's tech help they advisedd that they were having a lot of reports of this and it was under investigation. I've also exeprienced the box locking up and problems with the recording, r02 and r06errors. I phoned again last night and they seemd to think my problems were all related and they advised that there was some work going on on the servers and my problems should be fixed by tomorrow. My question is, has anyone else had these problems?

Yes they are very common and don't think that even if it is fixed tomorrow that it will stay fixed.
