Beef Casserole and Cheese mash.

Steak, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, cauliflower, mash v chips and a side of some kind of sauce, Bernaise maybe.

Well I've just had my dinner:

Starter - Basil leaf salad, with dried apricots, roasted butternut squash and balsamic vinegar

Lunch - wholewheat fusilli with tuna and tomato sauce

Dessert: Fruit salad

Needless to say I'm absolutely full after that

Beef, and veg stew, with rose wine (I do not use stock cubes!), and dumplings cooked in my slow cooker. May have mashed potatoes with it.
