How are people classed as gypsies or roma travelers?
I mean,can anyone who is homeless simply say that they are a gypsy roma traveler? If not,then what words are used by people to make police and councils drop everything,ignore everything and help everyone?
This has always puzzled me.Do the police and councils take blood tests,look at the skin colour or listen to the accent to determine if an individual is a roma gypsy traveler when that person says they are?
