Well I wasn't expecting this. I wonder if Dom will stick around after Newsbeat. I'm a bit surprised they didn't get Huw or Reggie or someone else to cover even though Greg probably let R1 know at short notice.

Surely Moyles won't be able to cope with so much music!

    if he plays any music that is, looking forward to hearing him on a different time of the day, wonder if Dave is on with him

    he will, he stayed on when Jo Whiley was off before over the years and played music no problem

    Already loving the use of the old jingles. Fantastic to have Moyles on 1-4. What a treat to have Moyles on 1-4 and then Mills on 4-7.

    The show's only 15 minutes in and I'm laughing so much already. Loving the talkback with Dom and the impersonations of Greg. This afternoon show will be something special compared with the usual.
